Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer in Poland’s Wrocław region. The role focuses on administration, configuration, and automation across core modules, including IRM.

You will implement workflows, dashboards, and integrations while collaborating in an agile environment and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. Requirements include 5+ years of ServiceNow development, strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM modules and IRM, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methods, control testing, issue management, and compliance implementation in IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Perform administration, configuration, security, workflows, data management, and integration tasks.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve user experience.
• Develop and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Set up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and REST/SOAP services.
• Validate technical solutions before deployment.

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation


• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities


• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings


• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review


• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration


• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform


• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)


• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets


• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities


• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)


• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer


• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management


• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management


• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM


• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM


• An organized and focused approach to work


• Strong analytical and communication skills


• Fluency in Polish and English is required


• Residing in Poland required
