Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Europe-wide team. You will work on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM modules, focusing on upgrades, automation, and integration.

The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, plus a commitment to quality in deployment. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and validating ServiceNow solutions, collaborating in Scrum ceremonies, and delivering robust dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementing compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining relevant documentation.
• Participating in testing and deployment activities.
• Participating in requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Performing platform upgrades and skipped records review.
• Configuring and administering ServiceNow: security, workflows, data management, and integration.
• Identifying opportunities for automation to enhance user experience.
• Developing scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Creating and modifying Flows/Workflows, portals, and widgets.
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Validating solutions before deployment.

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
