Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join its Europe-focused team. You will work on configuring, integrating, and optimizing ServiceNow modules across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM, collaborating with a diverse client base in Europe and the United States.

You will participate in design reviews, implement automation, and contribute to documentation and mentoring within a growing development team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request.
• Methodical and focused approach to work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English; fluent Polish.
• Willingness to reside in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and participate in review sessions, requirement analysis and SCRUM meetings.
• Create and maintain documentation and validate technical solutions before deployment.
• Develop and administer ServiceNow: configuration, security, data management, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Design further solutions including scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and identify automation opportunities to improve UX.
• Provide testing support, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members.

Job description

ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM modules.

Your tasks

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
