Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer to deliver platform enhancements across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM. The role involves upgrades, administration, configuration, security, and integration work, with emphasis on risk management within IRM and strong scripting capabilities.

You will join a team that values documentation, testing, and collaboration in Scrum settings. Polish and English fluency and Poland residence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and compliant implementation within ServiceNow IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, controls, KRIs, and IRM dashboards.
• Organized, analytical, with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow programs and upgrades.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Perform platform administration, configuration, security, data management, and integrations.
• Develop and optimize scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies).
• Design and modify Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets; set up dashboards and reports.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and ServiceNow instances via REST/SOAP.

Job description

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
