Job summary

Sii Poland in Poznań is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. You will work across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM modules to enhance platforms, automate processes, and deliver efficient solutions.

The role requires at least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English. On-site position with diverse benefits and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management.
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• An organized and focused approach to work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment
