Sii Poland in Warsaw seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Europe-wide service delivery for ITSM, IRM, and platform optimization. You will implement, configure, and upgrade ServiceNow with a focus on risk management and compliance, integrating with external tools and building dashboards.

The role requires hands-on scripting, strong analytical skills, and fluent Polish and English, with Poland residency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Hands-on IRM module configuration: Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methods, control testing, issue management, and compliance in IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and IRM dashboards.
• Organized, focused, and proactive work approach.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow projects.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Configure and upgrade ServiceNow platforms, including security and data management.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies) and flows.
• Set up dashboards and integrate with 3rd party tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Validate solutions before deployment and identify automation opportunities.

Job description

The ServiceNow team at Sii delivers services to clients across various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in enhancing customer platforms, optimizing and digitalizing process workflows, and expanding the platforms used within our clients' organizations. Our expertise covers the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
