Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join a long-term project for a global paints and coatings manufacturer. You will develop and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to support IT and business processes across EMEA and the US.

This remote role requires scripting, ITSM enhancements, CMDB/ITOM work, Flow Designer, and cross-time-zone collaboration to deliver backlog items and new integrations. Excellent English and independent problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, with ITOM/CMDB focus.
• Strong scripting skills for troubleshooting and custom implementations.
• Ability to work independently beyond standard OOTB configurations.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents and defects in existing apps from root cause to fix.
• Develop and maintain server- and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions).
• Enhance ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) per business needs.
• Work with CMDB data and ITOM functionality (Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Review and refactor legacy code for stability and maintainability.
• Build and extend Flow Designer flows, workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Support enhancements for CSM and HRSD as needed.
• Collaborate across EMEA and US time zones to estimate and deliver backlog items.

In this role, you will support and enhance the ServiceNow platform, which is crucial for internal IT and business processes across EMEA and the US. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom applications and solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. This is a remote position, allowing you to collaborate with team members across different time zones. Your tasks

• Analyzing and troubleshooting incidents and defects in existing custom applications from root cause to fix

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in ITOM and CMDB
• Strong scripting skills in ServiceNow, with a focus on troubleshooting and understanding custom implementations
• Proven ability to work independently to solve technical issues beyond standard OOTB configuration
• Experience enhancing ITSM processes based on business requirementsAdvanced level of English
