Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a long-term project with a global paints and coatings manufacturer. This remote role supports IT and business processes across EMEA and the US, developing and maintaining custom ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.

You will analyze incidents, write server- and client-side scripts, and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and CSM/HRSD functionalities. You will collaborate with international teams to deliver backlog items.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience focusing on ITOM and CMDB.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting and troubleshooting in custom apps.
• Ability to work independently to resolve issues beyond out-of-box configuration.
• Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents and defects in existing custom applications from root cause to fix.
• Develop and maintain server- and client-side scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies/Actions.
• Enhance ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request based on business requirements.
• Work with CMDB data and ITOM functionality including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Review and refactor legacy custom code to improve stability and maintainability.
• Build and extend Flow Designer flows, workflows, and integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Support enhancements for Customer Service Management (CSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Collaborate with team members across EMEA and US time zones to estimate and deliver backlog items.

• Proven ability to work independently to solve technical issues beyond standard OOTB configuration
• Experience enhancing ITSM processes based on business requirementsAdvanced level of English
