Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a long-term project for a global manufacturer of paints and coatings. You will support and enhance the ServiceNow platform, developing and maintaining custom applications to meet business requirements, with remote collaboration across EMEA and the US.

You'll work on ITSM improvements, CMDB and ITOM, build and refine flows, REST/SOAP integrations, and assist Customer Service Management and HR Service Delivery as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in ITOM and CMDB.
• Strong scripting skills in ServiceNow, with a focus on troubleshooting and understanding custom implementations.
• Experience enhancing ITSM processes based on business requirements.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents and defects in existing custom applications from root cause to fix.
• Develop and maintain server- and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies/Actions.
• Enhance ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request based on business requirements.
• Work with CMDB data and ITOM functionality, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Review and refactor legacy custom code to improve stability and maintainability.
• Build and extend Flow Designer flows, workflows, and integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Support enhancements for Customer Service Management (CSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) as needed.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom applications and solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. This is a remote position, allowing you to collaborate with team members across different time zones. Your tasks

• Proven ability to work independently to solve technical issues beyond standard OOTB configuration
• Experience enhancing ITSM processes based on business requirements
• Advanced level of English
