Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a long-term project with a global paints and coatings manufacturer. You will develop and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions, supporting IT and business processes across EMEA and the US while working remotely with teams in multiple time zones.

Responsibilities include scripting, ITSM enhancements, CMDB/ITOM work, and building flows with Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, and CSM/HRSD support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with ITOM and CMDB focus.
• Strong scripting skills in ServiceNow and ability to troubleshoot custom implementations.
• Proven ability to work independently to resolve technical issues beyond standard configurations.
• Experience enhancing ITSM processes based on business requirements.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents and defects in existing custom applications from root cause to fix.
• Develop and maintain server- and client-side scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies/Actions.
• Enhance ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request based on business requirements.
• Work with CMDB data and ITOM functionality, including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Review and refactor legacy custom code to improve stability and maintainability.
• Build and extend Flow Designer flows, workflows, and integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Support enhancements for CSM and HRSD as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across EMEA and US time zones to estimate and deliver backlog items.

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team, working on a long-term project for a global manufacturer of paints and coatings. In this role, you will support and enhance the ServiceNow platform, which is crucial for internal IT and business processes across EMEA and the US. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom applications and solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. This is a remote position, allowing you to collaborate with team members across different time zones. Your tasks
