A global consulting firm located in Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to partner with clients in delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience with ServiceNow and a strong understanding of ITSM processes. This full-time position emphasizes collaboration with teams and maintaining best practices for platform functionality, all while fostering a hybrid working environment that accommodates personal needs and well-being.

• Document designs, configurations, and testing plans.

YOUR TASKS

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in solution design, configuration, and implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience with ServiceNow (2+ years preferred) in either technical or functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and platform governance.

• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Good command of English.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD).
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, or advanced integrations.
• Good command of German or other foreign languages.
