Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and SPM for European and US clients. You will shape architectures, assess risks, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements include 5+ years in ServiceNow, 2+ years as architect, proficiency across multiple modules, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile familiarity, fluent English, and residence in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and at least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Proven hands-on experience with at least three different ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Polish residence is required.
