Job summary

Linklaters LLP in Warsaw is recruiting for a Service Governance Assistant to support ITIL governance, documentation, and continual improvement across multiple ITIL practices. The role offers exposure to Asset, Capacity, Reporting, and Service Catalogue management, with opportunity to engage with MSPs and internal teams.

The successful candidate will learn service lifecycle activities, governance artefacts, and data-driven improvement initiatives while coordinating with Service Governance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in an IT-related role.
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance business outcomes with contractual constraints.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, governance and continual improvement of ITIL practices.
• Maintain governance documentation, standards, procedures and action tracking.
• Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs and management information.
• Provide administrative support across Service Design, Service Transition and operations.
• Contribute to process reviews and governance enhancements across ITIL disciplines.
