Linklaters is recruiting a Service Governance Assistant in Warsaw. You will support the IT Service Governance team across ITIL practices, focusing on administration, governance, and continuous improvement.

The role offers exposure to Asset, Capacity, Reporting, Request, Service Catalogue, Service Design, and Service Transition management. The successful candidate will work with Service Governance Managers, suppliers, and the MSP to ensure processes are documented, measurable, and aligned with

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT-related role.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL principles and IT Service Management.
• Strong documentation, assurance, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, governance, and continual improvement of multiple ITIL practices.
• Maintain governance documentation, standards, procedures, and action tracking.
• Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management information.
