Job summary

Parimatch is expanding its affiliate ecosystem and seeks a results-driven Partnerships Manager in Warsaw. You will identify and recruit high-tier SEO affiliates, structure lucrative CPA and RevShare deals, and nurture long-term relationships to scale player acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of boots-on-the-ground experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.
• Must bring an existing, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.
• Proven success navigating diverse markets (UK/Italy, SEA, LATAM/MENA).
• Strong understanding of SEO metrics and tracking platforms.
• Expert-level negotiation with win-win structures.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams.
• Structure and close competitive CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals aligned with ROI targets.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with existing affiliates and provide tools/incentives to scale.
• Analyze traffic data to maximize ROI, ensuring high-quality player acquisition and retention.
• Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and anti-fraud protocols.
• Collaborate with BI, CRM, and Product teams to improve conversion funnels.
