Job summary

Parimatch seeks an experienced KYC/KYB and AML Compliance Officer to lead counterparty due diligence and onboarding with PSPs and banks. You will optimize compliance frameworks for high-risk sectors and manage KYC questionnaires and corporate documents for external partners.

In this role, you will develop and continuously improve KYC processes and AML policies, and administer screening tools for ongoing monitoring. Background in high-risk sectors and iGaming is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in High-Risk sectors (Payment Systems, Crypto Exchanges).
• Active AML/CFT / KYC Officer certification (ACAMS/CAMS, ICA, CySEC or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of international KYC/AML procedures and counterparty verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive KYC/KYB due diligence for counterparties and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive onboarding with PSPs and banks, managing documentation and partnerships.
• Manage KYC questionnaires and corporate documents for external partners.
• Develop and improve KYC/AML policies tailored to counterparty verification and PSP relations.

We are looking for an experienced, autonomous KYC/KYB & AML Compliance Officer to manage counterparty due diligence, drive onboarding with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and financial institutions, and optimize our compliance framework in High-Risk sectors.

In this role, you will:

• Lead comprehensive KYC/KYB due diligence for all counterparties, ensuring full regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation.

• Drive the onboarding process with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and banks, acting as a key compliance partner to internal teams and managing all documentation.

• Facilitate B2B cooperation by managing company onboarding with external partners, expertly handling KYC questionnaires and corporate documents.

• Develop and continuously improve KYC processes and AML policies, specifically tailored to counterparty verification and PSP relations.

• Administer and optimize KYC tools for deep counterparty screening and ongoing monitoring.
  Skills you'll need to bring:

• Domain Expertise: Proven compliance experience in High-Risk sectors (Payment Systems, Crypto Exchanges). Background in iGaming is highly preferred.

• Certifications: Active professional AML/CFT / KYC Officer certification (e.g., ACAMS/CAMS, ICA, CySEC, or equivalent).

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of international KYC/AML procedures, counterparty verification, and regulatory requirements.

• Tool Proficiency: Practical, hands-on experience with compliance software, transaction monitoring tools, and PEP/sanction screening platforms.
