Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to design and develop Workday integrations in collaboration with clients and team members. You will analyze client requirements, determine integration patterns, and engage with third-party vendors to craft effective solutions.

You will lead design workshops, ensure proper Workday technologies are used, meet timelines and quality standards, and maintain trusted client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workday Technical / Integration Consultant or similar role.
• Background in HR SaaS/HCM implementations in large organizations.
• Solid knowledge of Workday integration stack (Workday connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Studio, Data Migration, PECI/WECI).
• Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, Studio, Extend) preferred.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP/REST; basic Java.
• Awareness of AI-powered tools and automation in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations with clients and team members.
• Analyze and document client requirements; determine integration patterns.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors to craft solutions.
• Plan and lead design workshops with clients.
