Job summary

PwC Polska’s Workday team is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to design and deliver complex Workday integrations, including EIB, Studio, and PECI/WECI connectors, in collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.

You will identify requirements, define integration patterns, engage with third-party vendors, and lead design workshops while ensuring quality and timely delivery. International projects and a hybrid work model are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Design and develop Workday integrations for clients with team collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of Workday integration stack and patterns.
• Experience with HR SaaS implementations in large organizations.
• Awareness of AI-powered tools to aid automation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations with close cooperation with our Clients and other team members,
• Using your analysis skills to identify and document Client requirements, determine integration patterns,
• Engage with 3rd party vendors to create solutions,
• Plan and lead design workshops with the Client,
• Ensure usage of appropriate Workday integration technology, meeting timelines and quality needs,
• Maintaining partnership relations with your Client based on trust, professionalism and engagement.
