Job summary

PwC Polska's Workday team, a 30+ specialist group, delivers advanced integrations and HR/financial transformations for international clients. You design and develop Workday integrations, document requirements, and coordinate with third-party vendors.

In a hybrid working model, you will lead design workshops, apply the Workday integration stack, and maintain strong client partnerships. PwC supports certification, training, mentoring, and a broad medical and well-being program.

Qualifications

• A demonstrable history of working as Workday Technical / Integration Consultant.
• Background in HR SaaS implementation HR/HCM in a large company.
• Solid knowledge with Workday integration stack (Workday connectors, EIB, Data Transformation, Workday Studio, Data Migration, Calculated Fields, PECI/WECI, RaaS).
• Workday certifications (HCM, Integration, CCTPP, Studio, Extend) preferred.
• XML, XSLT, JSON, Java and Web Services; SOAP/REST knowledge required.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools in daily work; ability to adapt to clients of various sizes.
• Flexible approach to work with both small and large clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations in collaboration with clients and team members.
• Analyze client requirements and determine integration patterns.
• Engage with third-party vendors to create solutions.
• Plan and lead design workshops with the client.
• Ensure use of appropriate Workday integration technology meeting timelines and quality.
• Maintain partnership relations with clients based on trust and professionalism.
