Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience with HCM/Finance systems.
3+ years of software consulting experience.
3+ years IT implementation experience.
Workday Certification or ability to certify.
Strong communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver small scope consulting; provide configuration guidance and demonstrations.
Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements.
Clearly communicate responses and value to customers.
Create and deliver presentations on Workday features for customers.
Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption.
