Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Senior Workday Staff Engineer to own internal Workday configuration and be the go-to technical authority across all modules. You will drive architecture decisions, define governance and ensure compliant, scalable solutions in collaboration with IT, Finance and Security.

The role focuses on end-to-end configuration, integrations, and Best Practice ownership, shaping Arrive’s Workday roadmap and ensuring business outcomes are translated into robust configurations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across HCM, Compensation, Benefits and Reporting.
• Proficient in Workday security policies and role-based access.
• Experience delivering cross‑module impact assessments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical configuration across HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Performance & Talent, Security and Advanced Reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations including EIBs and Studio connectors; monitor health and triage issues.
• Act as internal Solution Architect, providing design documents and impact assessments for changes.
• Define internal configuration guidelines and apply external best practices to resolve issues.
• Translate business requirements into robust Workday configurations; partner with IT, People & Culture, Finance, and Security.
• Lead biannual release assessments and manage change control with proper testing and sign-off.
