INNOOVA is a Montreal-based boutique consulting firm specializing in Workday, Dayforce, UKG and SuccessFactors, partnering with healthcare, public sector, finance and technology clients.

We’re growing our Workday practice and seek a senior advisor-expert to lead requirements, workshops and configurations across HR payroll and finance. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup and a clear path toward Architect or Lead as you grow.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and client workshop skills with non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical ability to translate business needs into functional and system logic.
• Credible communication bridging functional and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement-gathering and design workshops with client stakeholders.
• translate business needs into Workday configuration decisions.
• Configure and maintain Workday HR, payroll, and finance modules.
• Contribute to integration builds connecting Workday to client systems.
• Own testing cycles and deployment readiness from unit testing to go-live.
• Mentor junior consultants and help grow the practice.
