Job summary

Arrive seeks a Senior Workday Staff Engineer to act as the internal Workday authority, owning configuration standards across modules and driving cross-module impact analysis. This hands-on role sits in IT & People Technology and partners with IT Security, Finance, and People & Culture to translate business needs into scalable, governed Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across multiple modules.
• Certification: Workday Pro in HCM, Compensation, or Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical configuration across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Design and maintain Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio, REST/SOAP).
• Lead cross-module impact analysis and governance for changes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, People & Culture, Finance, and Security.
