Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Senior Workday Staff Engineer to act as the internal Workday authority and hands-on configuration expert. You will own best-practice standards across all Workday modules, drive cross‑module impact analysis, and translate complex business outcomes into scalable, well‑governed technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Reporting.
• Deep expertise in Advanced Compensation (Merit/ACR cycles) and security.
• Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and Studio.
• Exposure to GDPR/compliance in global Workday environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical configuration across multiple Workday modules.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and data flows.
• Act as internal Solution Architect assessing downstream impact before changes.
• Define internal configuration guidelines and apply external best practices.
• Translate business needs into structured Workday configuration and designs.
• Lead biannual release assessments and change management processes.
