Job summary

Super is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to join the People Technology team as we transition to Workday post-global implementation. You will support, monitor, and enhance Workday integrations to ensure reliable HR data flows across systems.

Key responsibilities include architecture decisions, governance, and post-go-live stabilization. Collaboration with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and Finance is essential to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on, production-level Workday integration design and support experience.
Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting Workday Studio.
Hands-on experience developing visual orchestration flows with Workday Orchestrate.
Proficiency with Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
Experience configuring Core Connectors within and outside Cloud Connect.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations (Studio, Orchestrate, APIs).
Establish long-term integration architecture decisions and design standards.
Own daily integration operations and monitor performance.
Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and regulatory compliance across integrated systems.
Maintain comprehensive technical design specs and runbooks.
