Job summary

Goldman Sachs Bank AG is seeking a senior program manager to elevate Client Onboarding across EMEA. You will drive a data-driven journey, oversee cross-functional workstreams, and implement AI-assisted processes for document handling and client communications.

This role requires leadership of transformation teams and a deep understanding of KYC standards. You will oversee SLAs, apply predictive analytics to bottlenecks, and ensure regulatory compliance across regions while scaling the onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years in a fast-paced, heavily regulated AML/KYC environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams across locations.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with strong control mindset.
• Experience in process and control simplification.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Transition the onboarding journey from fragmented to structured, data-driven.
• Lead teams toward a new target operating model for onboarding in EMEA.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and automated workflows across regional teams.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies benefiting onboarding globally.
• Design AI interaction flows and agent-assisted tools for document processing and triage.
• Perform detailed reviews of client documentation including legal agreements.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, set SLAs, and use predictive analytics to prevent revenue impact.
• Ensure GS KYC standards are consistently met while building a high-performing team.
