Job summary

Panda Drum is seeking a senior video editor to drive performance-driven editing for short and long-form ads. You will own the full revision cycle, delivering 6 approved videos weekly while maintaining tight feedback loops and high-quality QC.

You’ll produce 40-second to 2–3 minute VSLs optimized for retention, hook velocity, and conversion, focusing on authentic emotion and clean sound. Remote, fast-paced, with growth into senior leadership over time.

Qualifications

• Produce 6 approved videos per week with full revision cycle and QC ownership.
• Create short and long-form performance ads (40s to 2–3 min VSLs) built for retention and conversion.
• Prioritize real emotion on the player's face and clean, synced sound.

Responsibilities

• Own the revision and QC process from brief to final delivery.
• Ship work reliably week over week within tight feedback loops.
• Scale from editor to senior editor, leading a small pod and guiding shoots when appropriate.
