Job summary

Philip Morris International in Poland/Portugal is seeking an experienced Veeva Vault lead to design, configure, and deploy Vault solutions across regulated environments. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical capabilities and work with Product Owners to define and evolve the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of delivering enterprise applications in regulated environments.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Veeva Vault platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, software delivery lifecycle, and product operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Veeva Vault solutions.

• Support validation, risk assessment, change management and audit readiness activities.
• Act as the Veeva subject matter expert, guiding vendors and reviewing solution designs.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, process optimization and innovation.

Skills & Capabilities

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications in regulated environments
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault platforms
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe, software delivery lifecycle, and product operating models
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in global, cross‑functional teams
• Veeva certification (Administrator, White Belt, Platform Associate, or equivalent) preferred
• Knowledge of Veeva domains, integrations, APIs, and regulated environments (GxP, CSV/CSA)
• Experience in multinational organizations with exposure to AI-enabled product delivery and automation
