The role emphasizes stakeholder management, mentoring junior designers, and shaping user experience strategy across the product line. Hybrid work with in-office days two per week in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading UX/CX for complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Proven ability to resolve highly complex and ambiguous UX challenges with pragmatic solutions.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and cultivating robust relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience mentoring and developing other designers to foster professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/CX for complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
