Senior Product Designer
The Senior Product Designer shapes end-to-end user experiences across complex customer journeys, translating business and customer needs into impactful and scalable design solutions. Combining strategy, creativity and evidence‑based design, you influence product direction, improve design systems, promote reusability and elevate user experience quality.
As a senior member of the team, you coach others, drive experimentation and ensure design excellence across the Digital RTC ecosystem within Digital Commerce.
Your Responsibilities
- owning and solving high‑complexity user problems and driving design decisions that influence product strategy and roadmap
- translating business objectives and user insights or pain points into customer‑centric solutions and new initiatives that deliver measurable impact
- advocating for user‑centred design principles and aligning design strategy with market and portfolio context
- improving and scaling design patterns, systems and processes across teams
- actively contributing to effective cross‑functional collaboration within the Product‑Design‑Engineering setup
- crafting high‑quality designs in line with brand and design principles with minimal guidance
- applying qualitative and quantitative research methods to validate and iterate on design hypotheses with limited support
- delivering holistic and consistent design solutions across touchpoints that drive engagement, adoption and satisfaction
- balancing customer desirability, business viability and technical feasibility in every design decision
- facilitating co‑creation workshops and design reviews to ensure shared understanding and alignment
- mentoring product designers and fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. interaction design, product design, user experience design)
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI or related roles within digital product teams
- proven track record of designing for complex ecosystems, preferably B2B or eCommerce platforms
- experience in hypothesis‑driven design, A/B testing and experimentation
- strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design from insight to execution
- experience working with design system components, tokens and assets
- experience in digital commerce, stakeholder management and agile methodologies
- expertise in one or more UX specialisms (e.g. interaction design, service design, visual design, design systems)
- proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro or similar)
- strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and the ability to translate insights into design decision
- ability to visualize complex user flows and simplify experiences across journeys
- strong communication and storytelling skills to influence and align cross‑functional teams
- collaborative, adaptable and proactive mindset
- comfort working in ambiguity and making data‑informed design assumptions
- excellent verbal and written skills in English
