CloudPay, a leading global payroll partner, is seeking a Senior UK Payroll Specialist to join our payroll processing team. You will manage multi-client UK payrolls, ensure accuracy, and meet deadlines while delivering exceptional service to clients.

You'll apply your knowledge of NI, Tax, SMP/SSP, and Excel to maintain records, resolve discrepancies, and support colleagues in a bureau environment. This role offers remote work from Poland with UK client exposure and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll processing and compliance.
• Experience with NI and statutory payments (SMP, SSP, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple UK payrolls accurately and on time.
• Provide client support on payroll matters and cover holidays when needed.
• Maintain payroll records in the CloudPay application.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Prepare reports and filings for UK authorities.
• Collaborate with UK payroll team on annual system updates.
• Mentor teammates and suggest process improvements.
