Job summary

On The Spot Development is seeking a Senior UA Manager to own and scale paid acquisition for its mobile portfolio. You will manage substantial daily budgets across Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity and other networks, aiming for profitable growth measured by ROAS.

This hands-on role offers direct impact on revenue with a fast path from idea to live test. Expect close collaboration with Creative, Data and Monetization teams to maximize ad revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience.
• Proven track record managing significant budgets on at least two platforms (Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity).
• Deep understanding of ROAS-based bidding (tROAS, CPI/CPE) and cohort-based KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills: Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and MMP data.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize mobile UA campaigns across multiple networks.
• Own budgets and hit ROAS targets (D0/D3/D7).
• Scale winners and cut losers based on trends and profitability.
• Build and run a structured testing roadmap for new networks, geos, bidding strategies, audiences and creatives.
• Collaborate with Creative team on briefs and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Data and Monetization teams to link UA cost with ad revenue.
• Analyze performance in SQL and BI dashboards and preempt issues.
• Manage relationships with network account managers and negotiate terms.
• Report weekly to management on spend, ROAS, learnings and next steps.
