Job summary

CANPACK Group in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior Treasury Specialist for an 18-month maternity cover. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and exposure to international treasury activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions across the CANPACK Group.
• Support financing activities including loans, bonds, factoring facilities, guarantees, and other treasury products.
• Monitor compliance with financing agreements, treasury policies, and internal controls.
• Execute and oversee FX and commodity hedging transactions.
• Administer banking infrastructure including bank accounts, e-banking platforms, payment cards, and user access management.
• Prepare treasury analyses, reports, and recommendations related to liquidity, risk exposure, market developments, and financial instruments.
• Coordinate supplier financing and working capital optimization initiatives.
• Maintain treasury documentation, guarantees, securities, and banking records.
• Participate in treasury projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and CANPACK standards.

Senior Treasury Specialist (18-Month Maternity Cover) Kraków, Poland (Hybrid) Treasury / Finance Reporting to: Treasury Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Treasury Specialist to join our Treasury Department on an 18-month maternity cover contract.

What You'll Do

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions across the CANPACK Group.
• Support financing activities, including loans, bonds, factoring facilities, guarantees, and other treasury products.
• Monitor compliance with financing agreements, treasury policies, and internal controls.

What We're Looking For

Experience 4-6+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, Financial Risk Management, Capital Markets, or a related area.

Experience with financing transactions, banking products, and financial markets.

Experience in an international organization will be an asset.
