Job summary

CANPACK Group in Kraków is seeking a Category Buyer - CAPEX to support global investment projects. You will purchase indirect CAPEX materials, manage supplier relations, and drive cost savings while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to meet project timelines.

The ideal candidate has around 3 years in procurement, fluent English (B2‑C1), strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset focused on delivering results in a fast‑paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in a procurement role.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) at B2–C1 level.
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Word & Excel, and strong communication.
• Proactive problem solving with time‑pressure multitasking ability.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a results focus.
• Can‑do attitude with drive to deliver and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Purchase indirect CAPEX materials and services for global investment projects.
• Support the sourcing process from RFQ/RFX to contract signing.
• Manage and develop long‑lasting relationships with suppliers.
• Assist in data collection, procurement reporting, and analysis.
• Help develop and evaluate suppliers based on quality and performance.
• Work with internal teams to support project coordination and timelines.
• Project coordination and cross‑functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to achieving costs savings/avoidance and process improvements.

Category Buyer - CAPEX location: Kraków

• Purchase indirect CAPEX materials and services for global investment projects
