Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Product Deployment Specialist to deliver and configure business travel POS tools for our clients, combining project management with deep technical knowledge of travel platforms. You will coordinate deployments, align with stakeholders, and deliver tailored GDS-based configurations.

In this role you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multi-stakeholder deployments, and engaging with clients and internal teams while leveraging tools like Salesforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 24 consecutive months with OBT platforms.
• Experience with GDS platforms Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus; Apollo a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deployments in a projectised environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of business travel POS tools for offline bookings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate data for configurations.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and mitigate issues with cross-functional teams.
• Provide tailored solutions leveraging GDS platforms to meet client requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients and internal teams across deployments and ongoing maintenance.
• Support integration and configuration of Online Booking Tools like Concur, DEEM, GetThere.
• Utilize Salesforce and Freshservice to track activities and report progress.
