Job summary

Korn Ferry Digital in Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients make informed decisions on compensation, benefits, and workforce strategy. You will combine your expertise with Korn Ferry tools to deliver meaningful solutions for new and existing clients.

In this role, you will build relationships with client HR leaders, advise on Total Rewards topics, and lead onboarding for the Korn Ferry Digital Suite, while sharing market insights across the EMEA community.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
Experience with compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and pay structure design.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
Experience engaging with senior HR leaders, management, or executives.
Excellent client-facing, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with clients across multiple industries.
Advise clients on Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits topics.
Analyze compensation, HR, and market data and translate into actionable insights.
Support salary benchmarking, pay analysis, and reward-related decision-making.
Lead complex client onboarding and training for the Korn Ferry Digital Suite.
Facilitate workshops with senior HR and management stakeholders.
Support development, maintenance, and renewal of the reward database in the assigned country.
Share market knowledge and best practices with the EMEA team.
Manage projects with accurate forecasts and timely progress updates.
