Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead harmonization of testing technology, software, and processes across sites.
- Develop and document innovative testing concepts for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams for manufacturability and testing strategies.
- Plan and implement new testing tech including low/high voltage and photometric systems.
- Design software-driven test flows to enhance automation and reliability.
- Apply statistical tools (MSA, VDA) to optimize testing processes.
- Maintain test flows in compliance with industry standards.
