Job summary

OPmobility, a world-leading automotive innovator, is looking for a test-oriented associate to join its lab team in Poland. You will participate in validation tests, document results and support equipment maintenance with a focus on safety and precision.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree, speaks fluent English, and has some internship in automotive or a test laboratory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing methods and ensure quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of plastic materials.
• Significant internship in automotive industry or a test laboratory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tests according to the established schedule and procedures.
• Write and follow up test reports.
• Improve test facilities and working conditions.
• Maintain a multi-skill chart showing testing skills and train peers.
• Ensure environmental and energy safety and proper waste management.
