OPmobility in Poland seeks an experienced Electronics/Mechatronics engineer to lead the architecture of controlled systems for automotive applications, owning system-level requirements and driving deployment across ECUs and mechatronic components. Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems or related engineering.
• Significant experience in automotive electronics, controlled systems, embedded systems, or electronic control units (ECUs).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, system integration and product development processes.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical solutions and guiding their implementation.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex technical activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the development of controlled systems architecture for advanced automotive applications, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and product strategy.
• Own the definition of system-level technical requirements and drive their deployment across electronic and mechatronic components.
• Coordinate the development, integration, and validation of controlled system functions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure system performance, safety, quality and compliance requirements are achieved through close collaboration with engineering, project and customer teams.
• Drive technical decision-making, risk assessment, and issue resolution to support successful project execution.
• Ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across engineering activities
• Act as a technical interface towards customers, providing expertise and leadership on system architecture and application topics.
