Job summary

OPmobility in Lublin, Poland, seeks a Calibration Engineer to join the mobility team and drive calibration across software, hardware, and mechanics. You will analyze performance, plan tuning, run lab and on-vehicle tests, and ensure traceability of requirements.

With a Master’s degree and about 3 years in testing or mechatronics, you will work with MATLAB/Simulink and Vector CANape, contributing to data management and process improvements on-site. English fluency is essential, French a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Physics, Energy, or related field.
• ~3 years of experience in testing or mechatronics.
• Strong understanding of system analysis and validation.
• Basic knowledge of coding and Model-Based Design (MBD).
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance (software, hardware, mechanics).
• Plan and execute tuning and validation activities.
• Conduct lab tests and support on-vehicle testing (including test trips).
• Ensure requirements are fully covered and traceable.
• Prepare clear reports with test and validation results.
• Identify and document system issues (CAR reports).
• Manage calibration data and documentation.
• Support system launches and troubleshoots issues on-site.
• Maintain tuning guidelines and validation methods.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
