Job summary

Sandoz Polska in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Pricing & Tender Manager to shape pricing strategies for Specialty/Hospital medicines, build price corridors, and drive data-driven recommendations for complex tenders.

You will lead governance, collaborate with Commercial, Tender Management, Finance, and Supply Chain, and advance pricing intelligence with analytics and AI-enabled tools in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience across Pricing, Tender Management, Commercial Excellence, Market Access or Finance - Pharma or related industry.
• University degree.
• Strong hospital tender expertise, preferably in biosimilars, injectables or specialty medicines.
• Proven pricing and profitability management experience, balancing growth, margin and competitive dynamics.
• Highly analytical, with advanced Excel, Power BI and experience working with large commercial datasets and pricing models.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating market intelligence into pricing recommendations and tender-shaping strategies.
• Strong stakeholder influencer, able to challenge commercial teams and drive decisions across cross-functional leadership groups.
• Digital and innovation mindset, with interest in automation, AI-enabled analytics and tender intelligence solution

Responsibilities

• Pricing strategy, recommendations and tender shaping for Specialty/Hospital products.
• Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends and tender developments to refine recommendations.
• Define governance with segmentation, thresholds, escalation and exception-management processes.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Tender Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access and Business Operations teams to ensure pricing recommendations are commercially relevant, operationally feasible and aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to leadership and develop tender intelligence capabilities.
