Sandoz Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Tender Pricing & Excellence Manager to drive pricing strategy and tender shaping for the Bio & Specialty portfolio in a high-volume hospital tender environment. This role emphasizes governance, analytics, and scalable tools to support data-driven decisions.

The Tender Pricing & Excellence Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth of the Sandoz Bio & Specialty portfolio through pricing excellence, tender shaping and robust governance. The role serves as the center of excellence for tender pricing, providing data-driven recommendations that balance competitiveness, profitability and long-term portfolio value. By combining pricing strategy, tender intelligence, governance and advanced analytics, the role enables smarter tender decisions, protects portfolio profitability and strengthens Sandoz's position in the hospital market. The role also leads the development of scalable tools, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities that support consistent, transparent and efficient management of a high-volume tender environment.
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
