Job summary
ZdalnaPraca is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer for a 100% remote role in Poland. The role focuses on hands-on technical incident investigation, complex troubleshooting, and improving document processing workflows within the data extraction environment powered by ChronoScan.
You will act as the escalation point, use SQL for data investigations, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance system stability and automation. Fluent English is required.
Qualifications
- Strong practical SQL skills for complex queries and data issues.
- Fluent English written and spoken for clear technical communication.
- Experience with troubleshooting, data extraction workflows, and root-cause analysis.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents, owning from investigation to resolution.
- Use SQL to investigate data issues and support troubleshooting across applications and databases.
- Maintain and enhance VBScript and automation scripts to support reliable workflows.
- Use HubSpot Service Desk to manage escalations, workflows, tickets, and reporting.
- Investigate and reproduce software issues, identify root causes and potential resolutions or workarounds.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Development and customer-facing teams to improve stability and processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify technical and operational workflows.
