ELEKS is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager – Grid Resilience to drive growth across European markets for our proprietary power grid resilience product. You will build strategic partnerships with utilities, operators, and large enterprises, translating technical risk and grid maturity into compelling proposals.

This role requires 8+ years in technical or solution sales within the power/energy sector, fluent English plus Spanish or Italian, and willingness to travel 30-40% across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Spanish or Italian preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% across Europe.
• Knowledge of TSO/DSO structures, ENTSO-E, RAB and incentive regulation.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline from lead to close for TSOs, DSOs, utilities and regulators.
• Build account strategy and relationships with senior technical and executive buyers.
• Translate customer risks into technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead complex bids with cross-functional teams and track market developments.
