Job summary

IDT Corporation is seeking a Senior Product/Technical Product leader to translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will define product strategy, write technical specifications, and manage roadmaps while collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant delivery.

You will enhance fraud-detection systems with analytics and ML, oversee agile processes, and drive delivery of backend‑intensive systems.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
Strong product discovery and problem framing skills.
Experience building products in risk, fraud detection, compliance, or security domains.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering full product lifecycle.
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-functional Agile leadership.
Proficient in working with APIs, SQL, data pipelines, and basic technical specs.

Responsibilities

Translate objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define and execute product strategy; write specs and manage roadmaps.
Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure secure, compliant delivery.
Enhance compliance and fraud-detection systems with analytics and ML.
