Mangopay is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data Science team. You will work on fraud prevention by developing end-to-end ML solutions from data sourcing to deployment and monitoring in production.

The role blends DS with ML engineering and data engineering, with a strong emphasis on reliability and security. You will build models to detect fraudulent payments, identity theft, and account takeovers, and you will lead projects that drive measurable impact for our products

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Data Science or ML/DS field.
Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL skills.
Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
Strong software engineering practices (clean code, tests, version control).
Excellent English and Polish language skills.

Responsabilités

Build and improve fraud detection solutions for payments and identity security.
Lead end-to-end DS projects from data sourcing to production deployment.
Develop data pipelines and datasets to support feature engineering and real-time inference.
Develop and operate production ML services with reliability, scalability, and security.
Create internal tools and workflow automations to improve efficiency.
