Job summary

Intuition Machines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Fraud Analyst to join our hCaptcha SaaS security platform. You will apply data analysis, transactional and web traffic insights to identify and investigate potential fraudulent activities.

You will lead advanced investigations, collaborate with ML teams to improve detection, and help build dashboards and reports while staying current with fraud trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fraud detection, financial data analysis, or trust & safety.
• Proficient in SQL; Python preferred for data analysis.
• Understanding of fraud detection methodologies.
• Experience with large datasets to derive insights.
• Strong problem-solving with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent English communication across teams.
• Familiarity with web-based and API abuse analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze events from financial transactions and web traffic.
• Investigate fraud patterns, assess risk, and determine actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Support to improve detection.
• Help build fraud detection automation, dashboards, and reports.
• Audit fraud measures to ensure industry standards compliance.
• Stay informed on trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
