Job summary

Intuition Machines seeks an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of engineers building security products, tooling, and infrastructure at scale. You will guide architecture, collaborate across disciplines, and mentor contributors to deliver robust detection capabilities.

You will work with a geo-distributed team to ship features, improve fraud detection, and scale systems to serve hundreds of millions of users daily, while promoting a culture of rigorous reviews and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong experience with TypeScript or Python; familiarity with Rust, Go, or C++.
• Understanding of distributed systems and scalable operations.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven track record of building high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for applications, tools and infrastructure that drive security products.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, stakeholders and domain experts to design and implement detection solutions.
• Mentor engineers to grow skills and make informed decisions with proper tooling and context.
• Contribute to code and architecture design and maintain high quality through reviews and mentorship.
