Job summary

OEC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across its Global Product Engineering (GPE) portfolio. You will translate product strategy into phased plans, coordinate across product, engineering, and architecture, and ensure releases are well-sequenced and clearly communicated.

The role requires deep technical fluency and strong product judgment to influence across pods, manage risks, and deliver outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or large-scale software delivery.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-team programs with significant technical dependencies.
• Strong fluency in AWS, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and APIs.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with product managers, architects, senior engineers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery plan for the GPE portfolio, spanning core services and global products.
• Translate product strategy and technical direction into phased delivery plans and release trains.
• Drive coordination across product management, engineering, architecture, security, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain a clear view of pod capacity and match work to deliverable capacity.
• Identify and mitigate cross-pod dependencies and delivery risks.
• Establish and run an operating cadence: daily huddles, sprint/release reviews, leadership updates, exec reporting.
• Collaborate with technical PMs and architects to reflect decisions in delivery plans.
• Ensure release readiness, testing, documentation, and GTM support.
• Coordinate delivery of AI-enabled capabilities with data readiness and privacy/security sign-off.
• Produce executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Be the single point of accountability for program visibility and delivery confidence.
