Job summary

emagine seeks a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in operational readiness, security operations, and critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will lead complex stakeholder environments and ensure seamless delivery from project to operations.

This role requires deep knowledge of industry standards and regulations, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate governance forums, readiness activities, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in operational readiness, security operations, or large-scale infra projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and critical infrastructure obligations.
• Experience transitioning from project to live operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to establish service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for the construction project regarding coordination and preparation of Defence & Security services.
• Ensure all operational services are established prior to COD.
• Coordinate readiness activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage Defence & Security operational readiness activities.
• Analyze and manage cyber requirements related to project delivery.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Participate in governance forums and represent operational interests in Defence & Security discussions.
• Coordinate operational acceptance activities and readiness assessments.
• Identify and manage operational readiness risks and issues.
• Provide management reporting on readiness and compliance status.
